For your size breast and chest, a 200 to 250 cc implant will give you a full B cup or small C cup. The computer-generated images can help, but a sizing session is recommended for better accuracy.

A few flights of stairs should not be a problem medically. It is unlikely to have an increased risk of infection or wound formation. In fact, it's generally encouraged to start moving around gradually.

It is hard to say why you are being denied. Make sure you are seeing a board-certified plastic surgeon who is comfortable performing this procedure.

The size of the implant depends on several factors, including the current size of your breasts and your desired look. A consultation will help determine if 450cc is appropriate for you.

What happens if the Alloderm isn't incorporated on the lower breast skin flap?

If the AlloDerm graft does not incorporate into the tissues, it will be free-floating. The graft will not be reabsorbed and may eventually 'ball up' if it does not integrate properly.

I'm into my 7th week post-op lipo/BBL. I look too darn skinny. Where did my butt go?

When fat grafting is performed, not all of the fat survives and grows. Some of the fat may die and be reabsorbed. Under optimal conditions, we only expect about 60-80% of the fat to remain.
